Licensed Counselor:

Panhandle Counseling and Health Center (PCHC) is seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Guymon, Oklahoma. The LPC will provide counseling services to clients suffering from psychological and behavioral problems using appropriate counseling techniques as indicated in each individual case. The LPC will maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients treatment, as well as prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in behavioral health counseling

Accountant or Comptroller:

PCHC is looking for an experienced financial controller or accountant to undertake many aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance controller or accountant responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Coordinate the preparation of compliance reporting
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Additional controller/accounting department duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Financial controller or accountant
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, or accounting required
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

Work Location:

  • One location (physical). Multiple locations (accounting)
