Contract RN or LPN

Panhandle Counseling & Health Center is seeking a contract RN or LPN from May through September. Primary responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care, rooming patients, patient call-backs, referrals and prior authorizations, electronic medical record documentation, medication administration, patient education, and community health outreach. Clinical experience is required. Bilingual is preferred.

Master's Level Clinician

Panhandle Counseling and Health Center (PCHC) is seeking a full-time Master's Level Clinician (LPC, LMSW, LMFT) in Guymon, Oklahoma. The licensed counselor will provide counseling services to clients suffering from psychological and behavioral problems using appropriate counseling techniques as indicated in each individual case. The licensed counselor will maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients treatment, as well as prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in behavioral health counseling
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to continue a task after an interruption and adaptable to change
  • Current Oklahoma License (Oklahoma State Department of Health)

Dentist

Panhandle Counseling and Health Center (PCHC) is seeking a full-time Dentist in Hooker, Oklahoma. The dentist will perform professional general dental care in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Qualifications:

  1. A. Licensed to practice dentistry in the state.
  2. B. Graduate of formal accredited school of dentistry
  3. C. Working knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of dental and oral diseases
  4. D. Working knowledge of the principles, standard practices methods, and techniques of dentistry.
  5. E. Working knowledge of preventive dentistry and educational methodologies utilized in prevention.
  6. F. Skill in oral operative techniques
  7. G. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

A. Provides preventive clinical services:

  1. 1. Prophylaxis of teeth
  2. 2. Sealants
  3. 3. Oral hygiene education
  4. 4. Baby bottle tooth decay education
  5. 5. Radiographs
  6. 6. Topical fluoride applications
  7. 7. Impressions
  8. 8. Coronal polishing
  9. 9. Amalgam polishing
  10. 10. Space maintenance
  11. 11. Root planing and curettage.

B. Provides emergency clinical services:

  1. 1. Extractions
  2. 2. Incisive and drain infections
  3. 3. Prescribes medications as needed
  4. 4. Treatment of oral trauma

C. Provides restorative clinical services:

  1. 1. Amalgams
  2. 2. Composites
  3. 3. Crowns
  4. 4. Endodontics
  5. 5. Prosthetics

D. Diagnosis of dental and oral diseases
