Panhandle Counseling and Health Center (PCHC) is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Guymon, Oklahoma. The social worker provides assistance for social problems in collaboration with the staff as well as the various service agencies in the county. The position is responsible for providing both program delivery and client intervention functions requiring intensive case management activities and extensive professional, diagnostic, and treatment activities

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Current Oklahoma LCSW License

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Rooming patients
  2. Drawing lab work
  3. Returning patient phone calls
  4. Contacting patients with test results
  5. Completing referrals and prior authorizations
  6. Documenting in electronic medical record
  7. Administering vaccines and medication
  8. Educating patients
  9. Performing community health outreach
  10. Providing exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Phone etiquette knowledge
  • Effective verbal and written communication

 Education:

  • Current RN or LPN License from Oklahoma Board of Nursing
